Description
- Provide HR advice and support to the team
- Manage HR-related administration tasks such as on-boarding
- Coordinate recruitment processes and interviews
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations matters
- Conduct performance appraisals
- Ensure compliance with employment law
Profile
A successful Interim HR Advisor should have:
- Strong experience in ER
- Able to advise Managers on ER
- Previous experience of restructures and consultations aswell as on-boarding
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
