Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing retail business, with the appointment of a Customer Service Manager to join their growing team in Avonmouth.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading small team of customer service representatives, monitoring and improving performance.
- Resolving escalated customer issues.
- Reviewing performance data to further improve processes and training needs.
- Conducting team meetings to report updates from the Senior Leadership Team.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
Skills required:
- Proven experience in a call centre environment in a Customer Service role.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to think strategically and make key decisions.
Extra details:
Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm.
Office based, Avonmouth.
Must have own vehicle, no public transport links.
Basic Salary up to £50,000
