EYFS Teaching Assistant – L20

Milk Education are working with a primary school in the L20 area of Sefton who are seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant to support the Teacher provide a positive and engaging lessons for the children

The EYFS Teaching Assistant job is full-time, and the working hours will be 08:30am- 15:30pm Monday to Friday

As the EYFS Teaching Assistant you will be involved on ensuring the children are kept on task and that the work they are set is being done to a good standard. The role will involve providing 1:1 support with a child who is struggling in the classroom, and you will need to support them in accessing the EYFS curriculum and help build their confidence and learning. There is no challenging bahaviour

This EYFS Teaching Assistant job will be until July 2024**.** Hours are Monday - Friday 8.45am- 3.30pm

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant that is:

  • Inspirational and highly effective in the classroom
  • Have either a relevant qualification Level 2 or above, or recent experience supporting children in either an education, social care, nursery, community/youth role, college/university placement or any volunteer roles.
  • Passionate about enabling every child to fulfil their potential.
  • Able to contribute to, and work, as part of a team
  • Reliable and flexible to suit the expectations of our schools.
