Our Tewkesbury based client are seeking a Project Coordinator to join their fast-paced sales support department.

Within the role, you will be trained to manage client accounts, from taking briefs and preparing quotes to processing orders and managing financials.

Day-to-day of the role

You'll be responsible for managing 3–4 projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth coordination from brief to installation and invoicing.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and interpret project briefs
  • Coordinate with the design team via email
  • Arrange site surveys and installations
  • Obtain and manage quotes from suppliers
  • Secure internal approvals and liaise with clients for sign-off
  • Oversee supplier engagement and manufacturing timelines
  • Coordinate delivery and installation logistics
  • Collect and share post-installation photos with clients
  • Manage invoicing at various project stages
  • Close project tickets

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident working with numbers (e.g., month-end tasks, WIP tracking)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork
  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in project coordination or operations
  • Familiarity with supplier and client liaison
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
