Our Tewkesbury based client are seeking a Project Coordinator to join their fast-paced sales support department.
Within the role, you will be trained to manage client accounts, from taking briefs and preparing quotes to processing orders and managing financials.
Day-to-day of the role
You'll be responsible for managing 3–4 projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth coordination from brief to installation and invoicing.
**Key Responsibilities
- Receive and interpret project briefs
- Coordinate with the design team via email
- Arrange site surveys and installations
- Obtain and manage quotes from suppliers
- Secure internal approvals and liaise with clients for sign-off
- Oversee supplier engagement and manufacturing timelines
- Coordinate delivery and installation logistics
- Collect and share post-installation photos with clients
- Manage invoicing at various project stages
- Close project tickets
Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident working with numbers (e.g., month-end tasks, WIP tracking)
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Quick learner with a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in project coordination or operations
- Familiarity with supplier and client liaison
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
