Your Responsibilities
Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
Maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students stay on task.
Provide feedback to teachers on the lesson and student progress.
Support students when required and promote a positive learning experience.
About You
? Classroom Confidence: You're comfortable leading a class and managing student behaviour.
? Organized & Adaptable: You can manage different subjects and quickly adapt to various learning needs.
? Communication Skills: You can engage with students, staff, and parents effectively.
? Experience: Previous experience in a classroom or working with young people is preferred but not essential.
