Our client based in Hertfordshire is looking for a Finance Manager to join their expanding team.
They are an impressive business who can demonstrate year on year growth both organically and through a buy and build strategy.
The role holder will be responsible for leading a small dedicated finance team and also encourage their development.
You will be expected to handle the month-end reporting, from both a Financial and Management Accounting perspective including commentary for a multi - site business.
You will be comfortable liaising and reporting to Operational Management, in particular with KPI's.
You will relish the opportunity to support process and system improvements.
