Then this 3 month temporary Digital Marketing Specialist role could be the perfect role for you!

Our client is a successful, professional organisation within the educational sector and is a registered charity based in the heart of Buckinghamshire near High Wycombe. The successful Digital Marketing Specialist will work alongside the Content Marketing Manager and various internal and external teams to deliver marketing campaigns. This role is great for someone with experience in email marketing campaigns, confidence using a bulk email system, experience with analysis tools and the ability to deliver marketing campaigns.

This role is a 3 month temporary position working 3 days per week (part time). The salary on offer for this role is up to £36,000 (FTE) with an actual up to £21,600 and the working hours are 9-5pm.

What will I be doing in the Digital Marketing Specialist Role?

  • Create and manage the delivery of email campaigns.
  • Being the "go to" for the bulk email system and assisting colleagues with usage.
  • Working with the suppliers and proof reading and amending any campaigns
  • Being the first port of call for any email queries.
  • Maintaining brand quality amongst emails and great design practices.
  • Using analysis tools and data to understand email campaign activity.
  • Distribute email communications to targeted audience segments including members and non members.
  • Maintain and create new templates for email communications.
  • Increase membership acquisition and retention with targeted and BAU campaigns.
  • Promote and launch new products and services via email.
  • Assist stakeholders across the organisation via coordinated email campaigns.
  • Promote discounts and promotions across email to maximise conversions.
  • Build and establish life cycles for our members and tailor campaigns accordingly.
  • Event promotion and boost conversions via BAU event mailing.

What skills and experience are needed in the Digital Marketing Specialist role?

  • Email marketing experience.
  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical experience
  • Budget management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 2-3 years experience within marketing
  • Ability to use digital media effectively
  • Use of CRM systems and basic use of Adobe CC
