Role Overview:
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide excellent customer service by always putting the customer at the heart of everything you do. The key responsibilities include:
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to all clients.
- Client On-boarding: Efficiently on board new clients and service existing ones.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, advisers, and para planners within your team.
- Team Contribution: Positively contribute to team morale and energy, and be an enthusiastic team player.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients via various mediums (telephone, email, etc.).
- Project Involvement: Participate in business projects as needed.
Essential Attributes:
The ideal candidate will be well-organised, delivery-oriented, and have experience in a financial planning environment. We seek someone who is part qualified with CII or RO, with a salary reflecting this experience. Key attributes include:
- Product Knowledge: Understanding of investment products such as ISAs, Pensions, and Bonds.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems.
- Team Player: Ability to work well within a team.
- Process Improvement: Experience in challenging and improving processes.
- Customer Service Passion: A strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
- Self-Starter: Takes initiative and owns their development journey.
Work Location: This position is based in our Whiteley office with hybrid working options, including two days in the office and the rest from home. We support flexible working patterns and encourage discussions about any specific needs you may have.
Benefits:
- Salary: £28,000 - £32,000, based on experience.
