The role is a 4 Shift Rotating Pattern

  • Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00 (Sunday to Thursday)
  • Back Shift: 14:00 - 22:00 (Monday to Friday)
  • Day Shift: 08:00 - 16:00 (Monday to Friday)
  • Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:00 (Monday to Friday)

Your Role as a Maintenance Engineer:

As a key member of the engineering team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and performance of our equipment, including:

  • Planned Maintenance, Inspection, and Continuous Improvement of mechanical systems.
  • Responding promptly to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborating on ongoing project work and new installations.
  • Installing, commissioning, and maintaining all site equipment.
  • Documenting maintenance activities to meet regulatory standards.
  • Working closely with electrical engineers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Sourcing and ordering spare parts to keep operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a maintenance/mechanical engineering professional who's ready to make a big impact:

  • Experience in fault-finding, diagnosing, and repairing industrial machinery.
  • Previous manufacturing environment experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical documents.
  • Proficiency in workshop equipment and bench skills.
  • Knowledge of steam, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Electrical maintenance experience (advantageous but not essential).
  • Experience using access and lifting equipment such as FLTs or MEWPs.
