Sales Negotiator
Full-time. Permanent.
The role of a Sales Negotiator is both varied and exciting. Our clients are currently recruiting for an experienced and energetic Sales Negotiator to join their successful office in Chapel Allerton. The Leeds branch opened in 2007 and quickly became established as one of the main estate and letting agents in the area.
Key Activities:
? Take initial enquiries from vendors and arrange market appraisals.
? Register potential buyers and their requirements.
? Market properties to their maximum through written details, social media and use of their own extensive mailing list of buyers.
? Take a proactive approach in generating new enquiries for properties
? Take personal accountability to fill open days
? Encourage and negotiate offers with buyers.
? Carry out accompanied viewings as required, promoting the features and benefits of the property.
? Be part of a like minded team of property professionals to develop marketing strategies, and social media campaign to generate new business.
? Request and obtain customer reviews.
? Opportunity to progress and take on Market Appraisals for the right applicant, should they want to develop in this area.
General Duties:
? Greet all current and prospective clients when they enter the office.
? Answer the telephone, deal with all enquiries accordingly and respond to emails.
? Promote our services to vendors and landlords
? Ensure the office is kept clean and tidy at all times.
? Other duties as required to ensure the growth and smooth running of the company.
Working Hours:
? 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
? 10.00am to 4.00pm 1 in 3 Saturdays with one full weekday back in lieu.

? Generous basic salary dependant on experience
? Uncapped monthly commission scheme
? OTE £34,000 (currently being achieved by others in the team)

Required Skills:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of twelve months experience in estate agency. They will work well under pressure, be highly motivated and offer a creative approach to solving problems whilst communicating well with customers to ensure a superior level of customer service.
A full UK driving licence and use of own transport.
