Job Title: Roadside Technician
Location: Norfolk (Travel within the UK required)

This role offers a competitive salary, inclusive of breakdown and call-out allowances, and requires frequent travel across the UK, with occasional international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electric vehicles, including buses, vans, cars at client sites
- Conduct maintenance and assembly of electric vehicles, both on-site and in the workshop
- Frequent travel across the UK and occasionally internationally
- Read and understand technical drawings, manuals, and specifications
- Perform diagnostic and quality checks on completed work
- Communicate effectively with customers on-site
Preferred Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in breakdown/roadside repairs, preferably on electric vehicles
- Proficiency with diagnostic software and strong diagnostic capabilities
- 4+ years of experience in vehicle maintenance, including pneumatics and hydraulics (electrical bias is an advantage)
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in the field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 or HNC/BTEC in Engineering
- Level 3 IMI accreditation in Electric/Hybrid Vehicles
- Valid UK driver's licence
