What will you be doing:
- You'll be prospecting! You'll do this mostly via email, telephone, and Linkedin, however your outreach will be research driven, personalised, and professional always
- You will aim to book meetings, build rapport, and pitch the businesses services, ensuring that the customer gets full insight into how the company can help
- Attend industry wide events to find potential businesses
- Encourage operational excellence across the business
- Deliver consistent and timely responses, follow-through, and follow-up in response to partner requests and issues
What skills and experience are we ideally looking for:
- You'll have worked in customer service or sales previously, it's crucial that you can provide evidence of your ability to liaise with customers effectively
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Dependable, positive and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills
- Able to deal with stakeholders at all levels externally
- The rest, can be trained, but the above is absolutely essential
