During your first year, you will:
- Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent roles.
- Create professional CV profiles to market to clients.
- Collaborate with our sales teams to increase successful candidate placements.
- Aim to meet weekly targets and KPI's set in partnership with your manager.
- Earn commission throughout your journey.
