We are looking for a passionate Shopper Marketing Manager to lead and support the execution of strategic shopper marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility and drive sales, both in-store and online.

Strategic Shopper Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility at the point of purchase, driving sales and improving the shopper experience in both physical and digital retail environments.

Brand Awareness: Work closely with external partners, including third-party shopper media agencies, customer media houses, and key retail contacts, to increase awareness of our healthier and nutritious brands across all touchpoints.

Retail Media Efficiency: Maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of retail media spend across the UK and Irish markets. Continuously evaluate the performance of campaigns and activations, utilizing data to refine strategies for optimal impact.

Agency and Media Relationships: Manage relationships with retail media shopper marketing agencies, customer media houses, and design and media agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.

Team Leadership: Provide line management to one direct report, fostering their development and ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives.

Retailer Engagement: Engage, network, and influence key omni-channel retailer contacts to ensure our brands are prominently featured and aligned with retailer strategies.

Budget Management: Oversee the shopper marketing budget, ensuring accurate financial control and improved return on investment (ROI).

Innovation and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in campaign execution, driving continuous improvement in shopper marketing activities.

Key Qualifications:

Numeracy and Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize marketing campaigns.

Experience in Matrix Working: Proven experience working in a matrix organization, collaborating across multiple teams and functions.

Entrepreneurial and Commercial Thinking: A proactive, commercially minded individual with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.

Retail Media Experience: In-depth understanding of the UK and Irish retail media landscape, with experience managing shopper marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
