Prospero Teaching are partnered with Local Councils and SEND teams throughout the UK. We provide educational support to individuals who are currently out of mainstream education, those seeking additional support, and individuals with SEND.
We are currently looking for a Tutor with Qualified Teacher Status to provide support in Rochdale.
Due to the nature of the students we provide support to, applicants must hold QTS.
Position Details:
Location: Rochdale.
Position: 1:1 Qualified Tutor
Duration: ongoing
Pay: GBP25 GBP30 per hour.
Experience, Training and Qualifications:
QTS
Have experience working with SEND or disengaged pupils
UK classroom teaching experience
Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box
To be eligible for this role, the potential 1:1 Qualified Tutor must:
Hold the right to work in the UK
Have QTS
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child-related references.
