Head of Product / Head of Enterprise Applications / HR & Finance Product Leads / Product Lead - HR & Finance
Working closely with the CTO of one of the largest brands in the UK who are in the process of a large scale, enterprise transformation of their HR & Finance platforms. Experience of these platforms are essential.
We're looking for someone to come in and help drive the strategy and delivery of this transformation / implementation. But with a focus on shifting the mind set to be more Product centric across the enterprise.
Again, you will need experience of HR & Finance Systems, initial implementation is on a LMS & PMS modules across the enterprise.
Core focus:
- Work with CTO to carve out HR & Finance to a more Product centric approach
- You'll be involved in Scoping , Discovery and Implementation
- Bringing a product mind set and a product way of working in to the Enterprise
- Helping the business understand systems and technology to drive it at enterprise / group functions
- Immediate project is the role out of a learning management systems roll out, performance management.
- First 60-90 days getting arms around the situation and then helping senior stakeholders think about things in a more Product approach and Helping them to understand the benefits
- Shaping road map & strategy for the future
- What is the art of the possible at the enterprise space as they're not sure if building single platforms, or multiple platforms
Experience:
- We're looking for someone who has operated as a Senior Product person or Senior Applications specialist but you must have specific experience of HR / Finance Systems.
- Core experience needed is the ability to help transition senior leadership mindset to a product approach, howevery you would have worked on HR & Finance systems previously. This is essential
