My client is looking for an experienced
Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
with over 5 years of post-qualification experience to join their respected
Commercial Property team
in Wrexham. This is a full-time role with hybrid working options available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a complex and varied caseload, including easements, wayleaves, option agreements, leases, and land sales with development potential.
- Acting for a diverse range of clients, including landowners, developers, and funders.
- Experience in agricultural property or property development is a bonus, but not essential.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 5 years of commercial property law experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and the ability to manage a demanding caseload.
