An award-winning, renowned National Construction Consultancy in Liverpool is seeking a professional, client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Liverpool team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic team of 15 Quantity Surveyors, working on a wide array of projects, including heritage restorations, new-build residential, commercial, and educational developments up to £200 million.
This role involves delivering a diverse range of projects, from large-scale educational and commercial schemes to smaller initiatives, and working in sectors such as Residential Housing and Local Authority.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee projects from inception to completion and manage a team of experienced surveyors. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and highly reputable company that offers excellent career progression prospects, with a clear path to Associate Director.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
- A successful track record running projects from inception to completion
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification, ideally Quantity Surveying
- MRICS or committed to becoming chartered
- The desire to mentor junior team members
