Job Role
- All aspects of business administration liaising with and in direct contact with the Heads of Departments working directly with the Group FD
- Providing PA services to the 2 Company Directors as and when required
Candidate:
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise work to specified deadlines is critical to this role
- Previous experience working in an administrative role as part of a team
- The ability to work on your own initiative once training is given.
- A positive, optimistic "can do" attitude bringing energy and enthusiasm to the business.
- Displaying negotiating skills with a polite engaging manner and good interpersonal skills.
- A high level of IT proficiency - MS Office 365, Word, Excel, Emails, Texts...etc.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills with experience in data input and processing.
- A driving licence is required for this role as there may be the need to visit off site as and when requested to.
