Finance Manager - County Durham (Hybrid Working)

Our client is a well-established and successful business in County Durham looking for a driven and enthusiastic Finance Manager to join their growing finance team.
What you'll be doing:
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Provide insightful financial commentary and support informed decision making
- Manage budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective action
- Work closely with other departments to ensure financial alignment
- Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices
- Develop alongside high calibre clients
What you'll bring:
- A CIMA qualification (or equivalent) with at least 3 years' experience as a Management Accountant
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the business
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
