Churchill Howard are working in partnership with a highly reputable organisation in Worcestershire to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This role aims to add value to the operations of the business by providing financial support to key business stakeholders.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assessing financial and commercial risks of new investments, conducting sensitivity and scenario analysis, and recommending risk mitigation strategies.
- Monthly management and project reporting.
- Managing, forecasting and budgeting process for projects.
- Supporting the team in delivering their programmes.
- Reviewing and evaluating complex or strategic development opportunities.
- Preparing data analysis and commentary for presentation.
- Providing leadership to a small team and ensuring processes are being followed.
You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with a proven background in commercial finance. Our client is looking for commercial acumen; someone capable of understanding the bigger picture, and who is keen to take on more responsibility and grow with the team over time.
