About the Role

As an Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in managing our estate agency operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the estate agency team, ensuring high performance and morale.
  • Client Interaction: Regularly liaise with clients and customers, providing expert advice and building strong relationships.
  • Sales Management: Handle property sales from launch to completion, negotiate offers, and provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Business Development: Conduct pitches, produce insightful reports, and explore new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated with local property market trends and provide commentary for media inquiries.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct property viewings, manage enquiries, and maintain detailed records.
  • Continuous Improvement: Apply a proactive approach to continuously improve team performance and service delivery.

Safety & Compliance

You will be expected to follow all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures as set out by the company, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Working Relationships

  • Collaborate with a well-established team, demonstrating a commitment to supporting both internal and external customers.
  • Leverage the broader capabilities of our multi-disciplined organization to offer comprehensive services to our clients.

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an estate agent, with a background in managing a small team.
  • Strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of the local property market.
  • A full, clean UK driving license.
  • Professional qualifications such as MRICS/AssocRICS are highly desirable.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
