Position Overview:

As a Digital Transformation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in steering our company through the digital age. Your expertise in intelligent automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and a data-first approach will drive efficiency and innovation across our commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse existing processes and engage business functions to understand problems and challenges that can be addressed by digitalisation.
  • Evaluate, scope and propose digital solutions that enhance our commercial operations processes and customer experiences.
  • Lead projects focused on intelligent automation to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies that support operational excellence: sales, services and supporting functions.
  • Champion a data-first culture, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and data utilisation in decision-making processes.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and propose strategic initiatives for digital advancement.
  • Measure and report on the impact of digital transformation efforts, providing actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years proven experience in digital transformation, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Strong understanding of intelligent automation, AI, and data analytics tools and methodologies.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
