Implementation Manager - Salary of £30,000 plus

Are you an experienced Implementation Manager looking for a career change or a Pensions Administrator with Defined Benefit (DB) experience wanting that step up?

We are creating opportunities to join a growing team at an exciting time, as we shape our proposition and re-design how we work to support our ambition. The role sits within the expanding DB solutions area which provides on-going services and de-risking services including bulk purchase annuity to the trustees and sponsoring employers of defined benefit schemes.

The Bulk Purchase Annuity team provides a full end to end range of administration and support services across a large portfolio of Defined Benefit and Annuity customers.

A bit about the job:

In this role you will be taking ownership for managing a subset of the schemes won from inception through to final on-boarding, working closely with Employee Benefit Consultants and Trustees. Providing support where necessary as well as engaging in effective communications via telecons and written means to ensure that the implementation of the scheme goes as smoothly as possible.?

Creating project plans, capturing the key deliverables and timescales for both Aviva and external third parties, driving the successful implementation of these plans. Reviewing and analysing data in line with benefit specifications provided by Employee Benefit Consultancies for quote purposes and collating additional information needed to administer schemes.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Defined Benefit pensions knowledge highly desirable
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage large data sets

  • Salary of £30,000 plus (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
