This is a great role for a entrepreneurial leader who can also lead the finance function for a manufacturing SME and provide close support to the MD. You will be on-site at the manufacturing facility near Glasgow, we are looking for someone who can be hands-on and wants to learn and understand everything about this business and its people. An intuitive knowledge of processes, not just accounting, is essential! Grow the business, make it more profitable, grow your role!
You must possess technical abilities, creative problem-solving skills, be commercially savvy and have excellent financial agility to be successful in this role! We need a commercial and entrepreneurial leader who can take control of all things finance but with your own ideas and vision. Embrace, own and immerse yourself in the business at all levels.
