Description

  • Manage the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and guests.
  • Handle all incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
  • Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office.
  • Perform administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, and operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets, or other documents.
  • Assist with event planning and implementation.
  • Maintain an organised and up-to-date filing system.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Profile

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • A solid understanding of administrative and secretarial procedures.
  • Strong customer service skills and professional demeanour.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
