Description
- Manage the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and guests.
- Handle all incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
- Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office.
- Perform administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, and operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets, or other documents.
- Assist with event planning and implementation.
- Maintain an organised and up-to-date filing system.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

A successful Receptionist should have:
- A solid understanding of administrative and secretarial procedures.
