Resourcing4HR is looking for an HR Team Lead for our client, a large multi-sited business and leader in their field. This is a newly created role that will report directly to the Head of HR and play a pivotal part in the HR Leadership Team. The HR Team Lead will provide comprehensive HR services across the business, working both strategically and operationally to drive HR initiatives and support the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's objectives.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Lead on key HR initiatives such as restructures, recruitment, reward and recognition, and learning and development.
- Partner closely with the HR Leadership Team and key stakeholders to deliver a proactive business partnering approach.
- Drive continuous improvement within the HR department and across the business.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practices, ensuring compliance and forward-thinking HR policies.
- Deputise for the Head of HR as required and deliver training sessions, including line management and performance management training.
Person Specification:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or above, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience working as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and experience managing complex HR issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, pragmatic, and hands-on approach, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
Location: Park Royal, London (On-site, 5 days a week)
