Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-respected Staffordshire based Housing Association in order to recruit a Systems Accountant on a permanent basis, ensuring the Finance team have the right systems and processes in place to deliver an efficient service to the business.
As the Systems Accountant, you will assess existing practices, collaborating with other team and ensure alignment with the corporate plan.
Role / Required Experience
Finance system transformation ensuring data integrity.
Automation of manual processes.
Supporting and collaborating with wider business transformation ensuring alignment with financial systems.
Managing and delivering multiple projects.
Finance system administration and business support.
Using own creativity and judgement, having an assertive approach in driving through change.
Deliver appropriate systems training to end-users and developing the user guides
Proven track record in a similar role
Effective communication with senior stakeholders
Experience within social housing (desirable)
