The role: responsible for administrative tasks within the Cash and Banking and Accounts Payable teams. Operating in a rapidly growing environment the post holder will need to be able to welcome and actively participate in the management of change whilst demonstrating flexibility, tenacity and patience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transactional management of the receipts and expense bank accounts
- Liaise with care homes and customers for supporting documentation for payments.
- Daily Bank reconciliation and validation reports
- Responsible for maintaining the Direct Debit Ledger
- Maintaining the remittance log
- Liaise with the Bank as required.
- Monitoring various Accounts Payable and Cashiering mailboxes
- Responsible for continual process and procedure reviews
- Support with checking of petty cash replenishments.
- Resolving supplier/customer/ care home phone and email queries as required
- Support with loading and processing of supplier invoices, credit notes and expenses onto the company's financial system.
- ????Assistance with checking and validating weekly Accounts Payable payment run files.

- Experience in an administrative role ideally within a finance team.
- Excellent data management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
