I am looking for a
Maintenance Operative
to work on an MOD base in the West Midlands. The
Maintenance Operative
will be expected to complete repairs and maintenance on the base, and will be a full time permanent position from Day 1.
The Maintenance operative will be expected to:
- Carry out repairs and maintenance across the base
- Kitchens, Bathrooms, Offices etc.
- Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week
The successful Maintenance Operative will have:
- Multi-Skilled trades experience (Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Patch Plastering)
- Ability to read technical drawings and documents
- Full UK Driving License
The successful Maintenance Operative will receive in turn:
- Up to £32,000 salary per annum
- 21 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Van + Fuel Card
- Company Pension
