A North Devon based company are seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their team in Barnstaple offering a salary of £23,975 plus opportunities for career development and training, 27 days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Contributory Pension Scheme (Company contributes 7% of your salary and you must contribute 3%), Cycle Scheme and Tech Scheme, Flexitime Hours, Health and Wellbeing Support, Cash Plan for medical-based treatment, Learning and Development.

As the Compliance Administrator you will:

  • Monitor and maintain compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare, review, and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
  • Assist in the development and updating of compliance procedures and documentation.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure company-wide compliance.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance initiatives are implemented effectively.
  • Stay up to date with changes in laws and regulations affecting the business.
  • Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide support and training on compliance matters to staff.

We are looking for a Compliance Administrator with the following key Skills & qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a compliance or administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
