An exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing entertainment business specialising in the entertainment industry to work in their fun, lively customer service team. This position has arisen due to expansion and is a great position to work in if you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service. This role is a permanent position, based in Fulham and has some hybrid work available and a generous annual bonus equivalent to a 1-2' months salary (£2,700 - £5,400).
Your new role
You will be front-line dealing with incoming calls and emails using Zendesk, ensuring to respond to customer queries within 24-48 hours, and responding to complaints in a timely manner. You will process customer refunds and deal with manual payments whilst updating customer's details on the company database, ensuring accuracy. You will also re-set passwords and use online chat where necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a Contact Centre/Office-based Customer Service position (non-retail) where you've dealt with customer queries over the phone, via email and, ideally, have some experience with online/web chat. Experience using Zendesk is required as well as being within easy reach of the office in Fulham.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be offered a competitive salary of £27,000 with hours of Monday (9.00-5.30pm) in the office, Tuesday (9.00am - 1pm) in the office, Wednesday (9-5.30pm) in the office, Thursday (9-5.30pm) in the office, Friday (9-5.30pm) working from HOME, and a half day which is flexible over Saturday/Sunday that can also be from home. You will also receive other benefits including holiday and pension, a day off for your birthday as well as an annual bonus equivalent to 1 or 2 months salary dependant on performance (£2,700 - £5,400).
