Our client are an expanding company with a strong record of growth. They are now seeking a qualified accountant to manage the day to day running of their finance team. Reporting to the CFO your duties will include:-
- Manage the small and friendly finance team with 3 direct reports
- Ensure all financial transactions are completed accurately and timely
- Produce monthly management accounts, P&L and complete balance sheet reconciliations
- Take owner ship of all HMRC reports including, PAYE, VAT and CIS Returns
- Assist with the production of yearly statutory accounts
- Assist with year end audit
- Identifying opportunities to improve financial systems and processes
Ideally you will be a qualified accountant who has managed a team previously within a property development or construction company
