We are currently seeking a dedicated, proactive, and passionate KS4 Pastoral Leader to join our team. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young people and is motivated to make a positive impact on their lives. Exceptional communication and organisational skills are essential for this role. Ideally, our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a secondary education environment and the ability to build strong relationships with parents, agencies, and professionals. If you possess excellent behaviour management skills, a thorough understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures, as well as experience in analysing student data, we would love to hear from you!
