Position: Teaching Assistant

Pay rate: £85 - 95 per day
Beginning: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, school terms - 8.30am - 3.30pm

About you:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant who is passionate about education and able to support diverse learning needs. The ideal Teaching Assistant will be adaptable, patient, and collaborative, with strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering student growth.
Duties:
- Assist teachers in planning and implementing lessons, activities, and classroom management.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, addressing diverse learning needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting kindness and respect.
- Help with administrative tasks such as grading, record-keeping, and preparing classroom materials.
