As a Legal Recovery Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing financial recovery for our clients. You'll handle pre-litigation elements of the recovery process, ensuring that files are prepared for litigation and transferred efficiently. While legal experience is beneficial, our comprehensive training and support mean that previous experience isn't a requirement.
**Key Responsibilities
- Review and Escalation:

Review initial instructions and correspondence from policyholders and clients.

Follow agreed escalation processes when necessary.
- Workload Management:

Organize and prioritize your workload according to standard operating procedures.

Meet critical dates, KPIs, and SLAs.

Process client account balances within 5 working days.

Transfer files to litigation by Day 28.
- File Preparation:

Correctly identify quantum, liability, and Third Party indemnity issues.

Ensure timely file transfers for further investigation.
- Litigation Readiness:
- Prepare files transferred to litigation, ensuring they are ready for legal proceedings.
