Manchester Staff are working with a dynamic and innovative technology company, focused on revolutionizing the way their clients manage their customer service operations. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our client's team and drive the adoption of their platform across various industries.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in introducing our client's platform to a wide range of companies. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our platform. Your efforts will contribute directly to the growth of our customer base and the expansion of our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and utilise various sources and strategies to generate

leads and build a robust pipeline.

  • Initiate contact through emails, calls, and networking efforts to introduce the platform's

features, benefits, and value proposition. Tailor communication to address specific pain

points and needs of each prospect.

  • Conduct in-depth discussions with prospects to understand their current challenges and

goals. Articulate how the platform can address these pain points and deliver tangible

business benefits.

  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our platform's capabilities to key

decision-makers.

  • Showcase how the platform can reduce wasted time, enhance customer experiences, and

provide real-time performance insights.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients by serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Maintain consistent communication to nurture prospects through the sales cycle and

address any inquiries they may have.

  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Provide regular reports and updates on sales progress and performance metrics.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2/3 years proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the

software/technology industry.

  • Strong understanding of operations, customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and articulate

complex concepts clearly.

  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tools, and communication platforms.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
