Property Manager

Next Chapter Talent are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a reputable property services company based in Central London.

Your role would be to ensure optimal performance, profitability, and value enhancement by way of proactive property management.

You will pride yourself in your ability to strategically plan to reduce voids, enhance resident engagement and to ensure the highest standards of service delivery across circa 260 Prime Central units.

You will be joining an experienced team of professionals, working within a progressive environment where your professional development really matters.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate a high standard of all pre-tenancy works for your luxury portfolio
  • Carry out property visits once per week
  • Oversee refurbishments projects from inception to completion
  • Create accurate reports to present to the landlord
  • Handle deposits
  • Ensure safety certificate management for gas safety checks, portable appliance tests
  • Manage insurance claims
  • Issue section notices where required
  • Maintain regular proactive communication with landlords and tenants
  • Build and nurture strong business relationships with your colleagues, contractors, and portfolio contacts
  • Contractor Management - ensuring works are carried out to the highest possible standard, whilst ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to.

  • Have solid communication skills and a proven ability to overcome objections and solve problems
  • Have an enthusiastic approach towards your work
  • Be confident in your ability to independently manage all associated tasks attached to your portfolio
  • Show an eagerness to learn and advance your career within the leasehold sector
  • Have the ability to work under your own initiative and direction
  • Have 12+ months experience working with AST Property Management
