Your role:
- Delivering a range of spa treatments to guests (you'll cover a treatment column on chosen days)
- Offering a high standard of customer care and professionalism
- Working with a team that values collaboration and quality service
Requirements:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (VTCT, ITEC, etc.)
- Spa treatment experience and a true passion for guest care
- Strong communication and reliability
- Confident in planning your own diary and availability
- Thalgo experience is a bonus, but not essential
