Position: Scheduler Coordinator
Salary: £12 p/h
Contract: 4 month assignment
Location: Leamington Spa. CV34. Office based to start then hybrid. 3 days in office, 2 at home. IN OFFICE EVERYDAY WHILE TRAINING
Working Shifts: : 07:00 – 15:30, 08:00 – 16:00 & 08:30 – 17:00 (rota) 37.5 hours p/w – weekly rotate

Our client are looking to welcome a 1 x Scheduler Coordinator to cover long term sick
The Scheduler Coordinator, duties will include:
- Liaising with customers over the telephone and email regarding their scheduled Engineer and site visits
- Manage any rescheduled jobs that are required for the customer (cancellations)
- Ensure high priority schedules are handled immediately
- Coordinating Engineer diaries
- Coordinate and manage the travel arrangements for the engineer's site visit
- Inform key internal stakeholders of projects deadlines to ensure the business are meeting critical deadlines
- Record scheduling updates on the internal system
- General ad hoc admin duties such as maintaining the scheduling calendar and agendas
- Assist with arranging and confirming scheduling meetings with key stakeholders (internal and external stakeholders)
The Scheduler Coordinator person specification:
- Work well within a team
- SAP experience desirable but not essential
- Experience of working as a coordinator within logistics/engineering
- Excellent customer service and telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
