A Head of Residential Property is wanted for a fantastic opportunity near Coventry with an ambitious and dynamic regional law firm. Salary is upwards of £45K and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.
An expanding, specialist property law department within an established regional law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.
The successful Head of Residential Property will join a busy, friendly team managing a small team and managing a varied caseload of sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy from start to finish.
