Your new role:
- Lead the development of technical design solutions.
- Ensure the integrity of design implementation throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK-based practice.
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM methodologies.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- 15+ years Experience
- Large scale residential Project experience
