Role: Customer Support Executive

Location: Cranfield – must have own transport due to location!

Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm. Hybrid working

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000

I am looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to provide a high level of customer support and assistance for our clients at all stages of their customer journey.

What will you be doing in the customer support executive role?

  • Assisting clients in the initial set up and start their coaching process.
  • Handling inquiries through incoming calls/emails
  • Contacting clients to check in with their progress.
  • Being the main point of contact for your allocated clients to support.

What we would like from you:

  • Previous experience in office-based customer support
  • Good IT skills & experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
  • Good interpersonal and client relationship skills
  • Ability to operate in a lively and fast-paced environment
  • Time management, organisation, and planning skills
