Job Advert: Property Repairs & Compliance Administrator
Location: Mansfield and Surrounding Areas
Position: Full-Time, Part-Time, Permanent
Salary: From £24,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with availability every other Saturday (9 AM - 1 PM)

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, and organised Repairs & Compliance Administrator to join our team. We need someone who can ensure all properties meet legal requirements and are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all properties comply with relevant legal requirements.
- Coordinate gas and electrical safety checks for all properties.
- Recruit and manage contractors for property maintenance and repairs.
- Communicate with tenants to arrange property access for checks and maintenance.
- Make informed decisions on property-related expenditures for management approval.
- Ensure properties meet compliance standards for rental.

Required Skills and Qualities:
- Proven ability to effectively manage and work with contractors.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine interest and passion for property management.
- Ability to see time-sensitive tasks through to completion.
- Full driving license and own car are essential.
- Willingness to visit properties as needed.
