We have an exciting opportunity to join our Mortgage Administration team, working closely with third parties and supporting our clients through the start of their home buying journey.
Who are we looking for?
- Ideally, you will have current experience of working in a similar sales progression role, either in mortgages or estate agency
- Strong organisational and IT skills
- Great communication and passionate about customer experience
- Positive, professional telephone manner
- Team player
What you will be doing:
- Building strong relationships with introducers, lenders and solicitors
- Progressing cases to exchange and completion
- Updating and supporting clients on every step of their home buying journey
- Providing feedback to both our developers and our clients
- Taking part in regular 121s and training sessions
What we are offering:
- Basic salary: £25,000 per year starting salary
- Bonus scheme with OTE up to £30,000
