Based in Tring, Hertfordshire our client is an established, growing, and forward-thinking company who are looking for a qualified accountant to join their team as International Accountant on a permanent basis.
This role would suit an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with several years' experience in a manufacturing business to be directly responsible for all the companies within the business, inclusive of international branch offices and subsidiaries with offices in the USA and Australia and branch offices in Austria, France, Germany, Belgium, Italy and The Netherlands.
The company is a manufacturing business with overseas operations, with total turnover is £50m and the international piece being £40m. A background in international manufacturing is highly desired, you will be working with a well-established team of 4 and working closely with the Finance Director and be responsible for the EMEA Branch offices.
The successful candidate will be a commercially minded individual with their ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifications. Knowledge and experience of dealing with overseas companies is also essential.

- Preparation of international management accounts
- Preparing budgets and forecasts
- Strategic costing analysis and strategic financial planning including transfer pricing
- Overseas tax matters
- Payroll
- Responsibility for accounting systems
- Financial auditing
- Legal matters
- Statutory reporting
- Setting up of overseas entities
