They are currently seeking a detail-oriented Works Scheduler to join our dynamic team in Horsham.
As a Works Scheduler, you will be an integral part of the team, working closely with three other team members to ensure the seamless scheduling and allocation of the engineering workforce.

The Role:
- Efficiently assign contracts and schedule engineering teams for service visits and urgent callouts.
- Liaise with internal contract teams to gather updates and ensure site access is arranged.
- Reconcile and reschedule work from the previous day when required.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail to adhere to specific site rules and regulations.
- Proactively manage and adjust schedules to accommodate changing priorities and urgent requests.
- Ensure seamless interaction within the team to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
The Person:
- Proven experience in planning or scheduling, preferably within a similar industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a role that requires precision and methodical planning.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and solve scheduling challenges.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams.
