This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000, depending on experience.
About the Role:
As the Exams Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of all internal and external examinations. You'll be responsible for coordinating exam schedules, liaising with exam boards, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting students and staff throughout the exam process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organising and managing all aspects of the examination process
- Ensuring compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations
- Managing exam entries, timetables, and invigilation schedules
- Supporting students with access arrangements and special considerations
- Handling exam results and post-results services
About You:
- Previous experience in an exams or data administration role (school setting preferred)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Confident using school MIS systems and Microsoft Office
