Responsibilities
As an Assistant Audit Manager, your role will include:
- Managing and delivering high-quality audit assignments independently, meeting budgets and client expectations.
- Liaising with managers, principals, and colleagues to update on progress.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members, helping them develop within the firm.
- Ensuring compliance with the firm's procedures to deliver consistent and high-quality output.
- Performing up to 70-80% audit-focused work, with 20-30% allocated to ad hoc projects.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- ACA or ACCA qualification.
- Experience with UK audit assignments, compliant with FRS 102 and ISAs.
- Skills in planning, executing, and finalising audits and monitoring costs against budgets.
- Familiarity with FRS 102 Section 1A and FRS 105.
- Exposure to IFRS and specialist audits is advantageous.
