The Resource Management Specialist will be an enthusiastic team member and will integrate into our busy, fast-paced environment. The right candidate will have the ability to develop existing relationships, offer excellent account support and resource effectively up-keeping the high standards our clients expect from us.

Resource Management Specialist Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Achieve targets and adhere to agreed work / action plans.
  • Site visits and new starter check ins
  • Offer a quality service to all business units by selecting applicants through good job matching.
  • Maximise and utilise all available sources of candidates to minimise cost of recruitment.
  • Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
  • Recruitment of candidates from start point to placement in conjunction with support from business line.
  • Conduct full and thorough applicant registrations
  • Advertise to generate the largest/ best quality response
  • To source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Manage and control administration of systems for candidates to ensure compliance
  • Support with maintaining an up-to-date availability list of candidates at all times.
  • Ensure recruitment and selection process in line with best practice.
  • Any other tasks as required by your manager.
  • Our clients operate their business 24/7 so in order to offer a best in class service we support that by being on call for them. This responsibility is shared on a rota basis and comes with additional compensation
